Who we are

Three Three Seven is an intimate tasting experience in the heart of downtown San Diego.

What began as a pop-up in my home has grown into something far greater, but the intention remains the same: to welcome you into a space that feels personal, intentional, and deeply rooted in story.

We seat only a handful of guests each evening. Every course is plated with purpose. Every detail is considered. Every guest is known.

Three Three Seven is inspired by my hometown of Carencro, Louisiana where food meant family, tradition, and pride. That foundation is reimagined here through the lens of Southern California’s finest seafood and farm-driven ingredients.

Our menus evolve with the seasons. Some evenings offer six courses. Others unfold over eleven. But no matter the format, each experience is guided by memory, discipline, and creativity.

This is not just dinner.

It is storytelling through flavor.

It is hospitality without ego.

It is an evening designed to slow you down and draw you in.
